Somalisa Acacia is an intimate luxury camp perfect for families with younger children or smaller private groups that want to explore the fabulous Hwange National Park. Somalisa Acacia offers accommodation in two en-suite family tents and two double-bed tents.
Somalisa Acacia accommodates a maximum of only twelve guests which guarantees an exclusive experience. Each of the luxury tents is equipped with an indoor and outdoor bathroom, a fan, a battery charging station, a wood-burning fireplace and a private viewing deck.
The main camp at Somalisa Acacia offers a splash pool which is located next to the elephant waterholes, offering exceptional wildlife experiences. This area of the Hwange National Park hosts an abundance of wildlife species including elephant, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo and numerous African antelopes, which attract the large predators of the Hwange, for example lion, cheetah, leopard and spotted hyena.
Therefore, the activities at Somalisa Acacia are centered around guided walking safaris and game drives. Furthermore, birding and cultural visits are offered. For the younger ones, there is a variety of offers as well, including children nature walks, cooking lessons and more.
