Cozy Lodge at the Maramba River
The Maramba River Lodge is a rustic retreat situated on the banks of the Maramba River in Livingstone, just 4 km from Victoria Falls. Surrounded by expansive lawns and large shade trees, the lodge is located within the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park along a well-known elephant corridor, allowing guests to enjoy wildlife sightings directly from the restaurant, riverside deck, or the private verandas of their accommodation. In addition to elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and an impressive variety of birdlife are frequently seen in the surrounding area.

The lodge offers a range of accommodation options to suit different travel styles and budgets. Guests can choose from luxurious glamping tents with stylish interiors, some featuring private hot tubs and river views, comfortable chalets for two or three guests, and spacious family chalets with one or two bedrooms accommodating up to six people. These accommodation types all include en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning or ceiling fans, a mini fridge, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Budget-conscious travellers can opt for the Landela Tents with private bathrooms or the Mopane House, which offers several single rooms with shared communal facilities. Outdoor seating areas provide peaceful views of the surrounding natural environment.
At the heart of the lodge is an open-air restaurant with a spacious wooden deck overlooking the river. A well-stocked bar serves international wines, cocktails, and local beers, while a swimming pool set within the gardens provides a welcome escape from the afternoon heat. Guests can also relax in the comfortable lounge area. Families are particularly well catered for, with an extensive indoor and outdoor play area featuring climbing frames, trampolines, jumping castles, and supervised children's activities. The lodge also offers conference and event facilities suitable for meetings, weddings, and private celebrations.
